Cancellation Policy : 

Orders for the Customised printed products can only be cancelled if they are in a payment pending stage or the product has not been sent for processing. Since the Customised printing systems are completely automated, an order cannot be cancelled once it has already been sent for processing. On cancellation of the order, the entire order amount will be refunded to the customer. You may request a cancellation by contacting the printskart.com by email [email protected]

Refund and Return Policy.

While there is no option to return orders as the goods are customized according to your specific needs, however, if at all you are not satisfied with your purchase, complete assistance would be given to you regarding the same.

Refund will be offered by us if and only if the product you received is completely different from what you ordered.

We will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are damaged during transit, defective, wrongly delivered, wrong product, incomplete package etc. subject to the condition that we are informed about such discrepancies within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the product and provided that the products are returned in their original condition.

Shipping Policy & Charges :

For metros our delivery time is 5 to 7 working days and for non-metros it may exceed 12 days.

Delivery charges are calculated by volumetric weight and according to the destination of the parcel.

We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

if for any reason we were not being able to ship your order at all, we shall cancel the order and notify you over email. In such cases your order will be refunded in the same manner you made the payment.

if you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package and get back to us.
